Reporting to: Governing Body
Responsible for: All school-based staff and students
To start 01.09.26 if possible or 02.11.26 in line with notice periods.

We are seeking a resilient and energetic leader who can model our Christian values and serve as the primary guardian of our school’s character.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Substantial leadership experience as a Senior Leader, Assistant Head, or Deputy Head with a proven track record of delivering whole-school improvement.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a deep understanding of primary education.
- High emotional intelligence and exceptional interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate our staff, students, and parents.
- The ability to think strategically, using data and insight to drive improved outcomes for all pupils.
- An unwavering commitment to inclusion and safeguarding.
